Easily our favorite Seafood Restaurant here in Destin. The setting, the atmosphere and of course…the food are all sublime. Even if you are not a fan of Grits you absolutely must try the Grits a Ya Ya – A new take on Chef Jim’s Grits — made with smoked gouda cheese, spiced gulf shrimp, cream, Applewood-smoked bacon, spinach, and mushrooms. I am not a grits fan but WOW what an incredible dish. Also the Asian Pesto Snapper – herb rubbed and seared, with sesame green beans and garlic mashed potatoes, is just incredible.
