FIRST FLOOR EXPERIENCE: (Sleeps 2)
The first floor combines stylish indoor living with unique outdoor entertainment spaces. The large front porch, complete with dining for 12 and a Green Egg grill, sets the stage for al fresco meals and lively gatherings. Inside, a spacious living room and gourmet kitchen with seating for 12 provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. A luxurious king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and soaking tub, along with a laundry room and half bath, ensure comfort and convenience on this level.

PARKING: The driveway can easily fit up to 7-8 cars, depending on size. For extra parking, please use the designated spots in the community near the mailboxes. To ensure clear access for all, kindly refrain from blocking streets or sidewalks.

Just a short 3-minute golf cart ride away, The Front Porch offers quick and easy access to the pristine beach with the complimentary six-person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large lot at Pompano Joe’s beach access, which provides convenient amenities including an ADA service ramp, restrooms, and showers. If you prefer a leisurely stroll, it’s just a 7-minute walk to the sand and surf.

Once you’re at the beach, the fun never stops. Relax on the soft white sands, catch a stunning sunset, or enjoy happy hour drinks by the shore. For those seeking adventure, beach chair and shade rentals, parasailing, kayaking, and bonfires are all available. Everything you need for a perfect beach day is right at your fingertips, with details and service links provided in your welcome email for easy planning.

THE COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE:

The Front Porch is located in the exclusive, private community of The Retreat at Miramar. Guests have full access to the luxurious community pool (heated starting Nov. 15), open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. The pool area features relaxing lounge chairs on the deck, and multiple covered, cushioned couches where you can unwind in comfort. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, the grilling pavilion is equipped with Green Egg charcoal grills and ample counter space, along with large dining tables poolside for group meals.

Additionally, you can enjoy picnic tables by the tranquil pond, and a scenic walking path that surrounds the water, perfect for a peaceful stroll. "We enjoyed the house and convenience to the pool and beach. Golf cart was a cool feature to ride to the beach on. Also loved how close the house is to two very nice golf courses!

"14 family members gathered for a beach vacation. Even though the house isn't directly on the beach, it's not too far away. A 6 passenger golf cart was provided plus 2 bicycles. The property included beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was pretty much stocked. There are arcade games on the second and third floors, but they did not work. The number of beds and bathrooms was perfect for 9 adults and 5 children. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

"Lovely and beautiful home close to the beach and other attractions. Enjoyed having our whole family (party of 15) in one location and having 3 separate floors allowed privacy and quiet. Large bedrooms with en-suites were perfect for 5 different couples with children. Going to the pool in the evenings was a lot of fun after a busy day.

"From finding the house to check out was one of the smoothest processes I have ever done. The house fit our needs and more! The whole family was in awe of the beautiful area and the beach was amazing. Jaytin came to welcome us and brought a really nice welcome box. I was very impressed and was made to feel right at home. There was only one small negative, and that wasn't anyone's fault but the neighbors next door to us. The men were playing cards, drinking, and (SMOKING) on their back patio after midnight and were so loud I could hear them through our closed bedroom window! I had to put ear plugs in to sleep since we were going to try to leave early. We took seriously the quiet time rule, I wish everyone did. Everything else about the front porch was definitely luxurious and loved!😍
