Front Porch is a luxurious villa in The Retreat of Miramar, that lives up to its name with its outstanding outdoor spaces. The first thing that captures guests' attention is the inviting outdoor dining area and the Green Egg charcoal grill station, perfect for enjoyable grill-out meals. Inside, the first floor welcomes guests with a brightly lit living area featuring large windows, comfortable seating, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The fully loaded kitchen boasts high-end stainless-steel appliances, a large pantry, and a spacious dining table for 12. Additionally, the first floor accommodates a King bedroom with a private bathroom and a convenient walk-in laundry room.

Moving to the second floor, guests are greeted by a game room equipped with a karaoke stage, arcade games, Shuffleboard, and ample seating. The expansive balcony on this floor offers comfortable couches, lounge chaises, and a dining table, accompanied by an outdoor TV and lush foliage. There's also a coffee/kitchenette station and a second laundry station.

The second floor houses two King rooms with private bathrooms and a Queen room with two beds and a private bathroom. The bathrooms vary in layout, with amenities like double sinks, bathtubs, and walk-in showers. On the third floor, guests can enjoy a fully loaded game room with a triple bunk bed, Ping Pong table, foosball coffee table, arcade games, and more. The balcony on this floor features a playhouse for kids, seating for adults, and wall-mounted ring toss games. The third floor also includes a coffee/kitchenette station.

BEACH EXPERIENCE:

Your vacation house is just a 3-minute golf cart drive with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk.

️ RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE:

Your vacation house is in a private community called the Retreat at Miramar. Guests also have full access to the private retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion.

It's a perfect space for cookouts, with Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.

Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).

Amazing Family Getaway

"Our family group had 22 people ranging in age from 4 to 75 and everyone had a truly amazing week at The Front Porch with Destin Dreamers. The house decor was a perfect mix of fun, beachy, and stylish. The kids of the group loved the games areas on the 2nd & 3rd floors (including decks!), and we had some fun movie viewing on the 2nd floor deck while lounging on the comfy chairs/couches. The 6-person golf cart was super convenient and fun to take to the beach, and the beach umbrellas in the garage was a pleasant surprise that we put to good use each day at the beach. Working with Destin Dreamers was also a positive experience - there was a minor item missing from the kitchen and they were super responsive in dropping it off to us the same day I contacted them. We highly recommend Destin Dreamers and The Front Porch for a fantastic family getaway.

"What a phenomenal house! We had a family reunion with 18 people and this house was exceptional! All the couples and adults had their own room and bathroom. There were tons of things to keep the kids busy. Even though there was a cold snap that kept us indoors for 2 days, we did not kill each other because everyone had their own space with lots of things to do. The heated pool and golf cart were a huge hit with the 9 kids. The kitchen is lovely. Could not be more pleased. Only thing I would recommend is a couple extra blankets and pillows in the closets. Hands down the best vacation house for families!

"The house was exceptionally clean and smelled great! No big issues at all. We had 17 people and never felt crowded. Loved the big table and t.v. outside, it was a great atmosphere! Would absolutely do it again! I was praised by all My family members for booking such a great place. The neighborhood and houses all around were in good shape and everything felt clean and safe.

Family Anniversary vacation at Miramar Beach ⛱️

"When I saw the pictures of The Front Porch on VRBO I fell in love. It was everything that I saw and more. The whole family,all 16 of us fit very comfortablely, everyone had a great time and were very impressed with my choice. The weather was great,the beach was just up the road and the golf cart that came with the house was great. It was 2 of my grandbabies first time at the beach and I couldn't have asked for a nice place to have taken them. There was only one negative and it wasn't anyone's fault but the next door neighbors that were there on the night before check out. They were up at around 1am in the morning being loud, drinking and (smoking) on the houses back porch! We were going to get up early to he'd home, so I didn't get much sleep. We took the quiet time and the no smoking rules very serious, however I don't guess those rules apply to everyone else. All in all I wouldn't have missed this trip for the world ⛱️

"We just stayed at the Front Porch for a week and had an absolutely amazing stay. We loved, all of the amenities that come with the home. The big Front porch/outdoor kitchen area is where we ate several of our meals. We also spent a lot of time on the second floor patio/deck, plenty of seating, television just lends itself to relaxation. They absolutely thought of everything with this house soaker tubs, karaoke stage, huge bunk beds, etc. I highly recommend the Front Porch it will not disappoint. The Destin Dreamer team were also wonderful to work with!

The Front Porch- August 2020

"The front porch was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with a great pool area and fishing pond. From the moment you walk in you appreciate the time someone spent furnishing and decorating this massive home. From the kitchen, bedrooms, family rooms, bathrooms, balcony and porches, each area was decorated with great taste and not skimped on. Our party had young kids, teenagers. and their parents and we never felt on top of each other as everyone had their space and plenty of things to do. Game rooms were phenomenal! The first floor porch with massive 12 person table and accompanying TV and grill area was utilized nightly and such a bonus. This home was a short golf cart ride to beach and close to our favorite Destin area restaurant, Pompano Joe’s. One recommendation, rent a second cart to make it easier to get around with your larger group as we did. We have stayed in Destin area several times. The level of service provided by Destin Dreamers team (Arlen/Jonathan) was at a VIP level daily as they checked in on properties throughout our complex. Though we never had an issue, we appreciated them introducing themselves and being available if needed. I couldn’t recommend a better rental company to work with. We look forward to booking our next trip. Thanks!

Large, beautiful house!

"I am part of a group of 19 that just returned from “The Front Porch.” This house is brand new, large, and absolutely beautiful! Beds and sofas are very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our large group to spread out. The property manager, Arlen, was super friendly and helpful. I look forward to renting this house again!
