BEACH EXPERIENCE:

Your vacation house is just a 3-minute golf cart drive with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets, white sands, happy hour drinks, beach shade/chair rental, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, and more! Details and links to services provided in your welcome email.

️ RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE:

Your vacation house is in a private community called the Retreat at Miramar. Guests also have full access to the private retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion.

It's a perfect space for cookouts, with Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.

Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).

Great time in a spacious house at the beach!

"Take it Breezy was an incredible house for our large group's stay in Miramar Beach! The place was so spacious, from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the living rooms and everything in between. We love the location, with the included golf cart making it a short ride down to the beach and having the pool/grill area for the community right outside the back porch! The attention to detail for the decor and furniture is wonderful. I would highly recommend Take it Breezy to anyone looking to accomodate a large group in the Destin/Miramar area.

"We rented this house with family members. It has more than enough room! Beds felt like sleeping on clouds, lots of towels/dishes/cookware, couches were napworthy also. Host was very responsive to questions/issues. Pool/pond/grills just a few steps behind the house with its own gate. Highly recommend!

"This place was absolutely perfect for my family. Maybe the best beds that ive slept on when vacationing. This property was clean and spacious. The backyard led directly to the pool area which was great for the kids which also had tvs for entertainment and also had green eggs to grill food. Having the golf cart made this adventurous and fun for the children in which the beach was a quick three minute ride. Id recommended this place to anyone and if i come back i will definitely be stayi.g here

"Home is exactly as advertised - big and beautiful. We had 12 family members at the house - ranging in age from 1 to 67. Plenty of room for everyone. Golf cart was great for transporting gear to the beach. Pool was close and perfect for even the littlest one. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
