Your pristine gourmet kitchen and children's bunk room are just steps away! One block from restaurants & shopping, and close to Destin, Seaside, Santa Rosa Beach, and Fort Walton Beach.

FIRST FLOOR EXPERIENCE (Sleeps 14)

Step into the freshly remodeled living space and kitchen area. The kitchen, dining room, and living area all have spectacular views of the gulf through three sliding glass doors.

The long dining room table seats 12 and there are an additional six seats at the kitchen bar area. Watch thousands of shows and live tv with Hulu Plus TV on the 75” Nano Screen TV. Relax on the luxury furniture as you look out over the sandy beach.

Make memories and cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen which includes a separate ice maker, waffle maker, toaster, mixer, blender, and more. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with washer, dryer, and countertop for additional food storage.

In the corner of the living space is the bunk room with plenty of sleeping space. Six queen mattresses and two twins sleep a total of 14. Have a movie night with a flat screen tv. Just outside the bunk space and in the corner of the living space is a bathroom with shower. An outside door from the bathroom gives direct access to the private heated*pool and entry to the beach.

Outside the sliding glass doors is a long balcony with front row seats to the pristine white sands and gulf. At the end of the balcony is the pool, grill station, foot and shower wash area, and stairs leading directly onto the beach.

SECOND FLOOR EXPERIENCE (Sleeps 8)

Up the stairs you’ll have a beautifully finished floor landing with access to four bedrooms. All have private bathrooms. Enter the master suite bedroom with a king size bed and two sliding glass doors with amazing views of the gulf. Step outside on the balcony and sip coffee as you look out over the gulf. The bathroom has a garden tub, two sinks, and separate shower/toilet area.

A second master suite also contains a king, private bathroom with shower, separate tub, and toilet. Soak up the fantastic view of the gulf as you relax with your favorite show on the big screen tv. Get some fresh air on the balcony and maybe see some dolphins!

A third King Master suite contains a shower/tub combo and flat screen tv.

The last bedroom is unique in that it has a private balcony that overlooks Scenic Highway 98. It’s a cozier bedroom with a King and private bath with shower/tub combo.

POOL AND BEACH EXPERIENCE:

Relax with gulf views in the heated* pool. Head down the stairs to the beach and enjoy two complementary umbrellas and four chairs (March to October). More available to rent. Additional chairs and beach gear are available at the house.

After the beach you can wash off at the foot/shower station and then relax in the pool. Grill out with the propane grill.

Family reunion at Summer Sunset - Beachfront

"We had a pleasure of staying at Summer Sunset in the month of November. First of all, location , location and location !!! The house sits right on the beach!!! Easy access to all the fun!!! if you are traveling with children its a must!!! There was enough toys and surfing boards to keep kids occupied. Also, every morning we had beach chairs and umbrellas ☂ that were provided on beach ⛱ for us. We had plenty of beach towels!!! In the evening we had a wonderful time in the house pool. If you are traveling in the fall months we suggest to take a pool heating option. It was a life saver for us. We were able to enjoy the pool in the evenings. Thank you Destin Dreamers for recommending this for us.The house it self is very clean with all needed amenities and necessary appliances in the kitchen. We were able to find everything accommodating for our family reunion. When we had couple of questions about the property, it was eagerly addressed by the customer service of Destin Dreamers. We will definitely book with Destin Dreamers again and will be coming back to this property.

"From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty and convenience of this gem of a property. This beachfront home boasts an unbeatable location on the Gulf Coast. It's a perfect location for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach getaway. The moment you step onto the back porch, you're greeted by the soft, powdery white sands of the Emerald Coast. One of the standout features of this property is the complimentary beach umbrella service. Everything was ready for us each morning, no hassle dragging things to the beach. The bunkroom was genius - stylish with plenty of sleeping space. While this home offers a private and tranquil atmosphere, it's also conveniently located just one block away from a variety of restaurants and shops. Whether you're in the mood for a gourmet dinner or a casual beachside meal, you'll find options to suit your taste within walking distance. Property manager was quick to respond to our needs as well during our stay.

Perfect beach home

"This home has it all. It has comfortable beds, great cookware, an ice machine, amazing kitchen, beautiful view & a nice pool all right on the beach. It’s so spacious that with 4 families we never felt crowded. Just know that they say you can have up to a 12 x 12 canopy tent but the HOA won’t allow it and will ask you to take it down Not a big deal though because the beach service is right there with chairs & umbrellas. Pompeno Joes, coffee shop & ice cream parlor are all within walking distance. We would love to stay here again in the future!

"We love this property! We have been to Destin many times and this has been our favorite house yet! Beautiful property, right on the beach, equipped with whatever you need! "Summer Sunset is a beautiful home filled with anything and everything you would want in a vacation getaway. The owners left nothing to chance. From beach towels, to anything you would need to cook a just about anything you might want, to the most comfortable beds, even the bunkbeds, also there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out or enjoy their quiet time. The location is breathtaking and so relaxing. We all enjoyed every minute of our vacation so much so that I have booked the house again in May and rebooked the house again for next years spring break. Thank you for making our Spring Break one we will always remember.

"-Summer Sunset- Miramar Beach home was a beautiful home, the only negative was the 2 chair covers need removed and laundered or replaced. The home is very well supplied well with everything you need! The layout was perfect for our family and the access to beach and restaurants was great! I phoned the Manager regarding the pool and upstairs Thermostat and the Manager responded right away we would stay here again, thanks for wonderful family memories ❤️

"The home was clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay. This definitely exceeded my expectations and made the vacation better. The home was situated in a perfect location. Very convenient to local stores, shopping, food etc. This is also an ideal location for children as you can never lose sight of them. Destin dreamers' response to any of our requests/ needs were second to none! They were well aware on how to treat customers and provide positive results. "I am so thankful God allowed me to find this stunning beach front home for our vacation! It was such a breath of fresh air! I can't say more good things about this place! The location is perfect and so close to everything you would need. The views of the beach is absolutely breathtaking! We've enjoyed just watching the ocean from the living room and on the balcony. We also love the beach chairs and umbrellas set up and ready for us each morning on the beach! So thankful for Destin Dreamers and all the help we had immediately when we reached out! I’m so thankful I have the privilege of going through them. Hands down the best company. They go above and beyond. We've been coming to the Destin area for 7 years now and I can say this has been the BEST vacation of them all! From the house and service it was all perfect! We will definitely be happily staying here again! Thank you again to the owners and Destin dreamers for the wonderful stay and help! Cant wait to be back next year for paradise!

Amazing Vacation!!

"Destin Dreamers were GREAT to work with! Jaetin even stopped by the house just to check on us!! The house was literally on the beach!! We really enjoyed the four beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for us everyday. The views were breathtaking! The house was perfect for us! We loved the location. We took walks every morning and evening! The second floor was great as each room has it's own bathroom. Destin Dreamers referred us to Destin Grocery Girls! What a treat! Food and beverages were put away when we arrived and we immediately were able to enjoy our vacation. We had a little one with us and Crib Connection was very accommodating. I loved being able to rent items rather than worrying about flying with them! We would most certainly rent this home again and we would love to rent through Destin Dreamers! Thanks for sharing this slice of paradise with us!!

"We evacuated from Hurricane Ida in Louisiana, and instantly felt like we were at a home away from home. This house was gorgeous and directly on the beach, but most importantly was the hospitality we received. Every single person who works for Destin Dreamers, including the owner went above and beyond.
