The third floor combines comfort and convenience with two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The double queen suite offers a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the city. The master king suite features spectacular Gulf views, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub and custom shower, and a private balcony perfect for sunset viewing. A washer and dryer are located on this floor for added convenience.

"This property was exactly as advertised! The property management company was very helpful and the beach chair service was fantastic! The home had everything you could possibly need on vacation and the private beach was quite even on a holiday weekend. Can't wait to visit again.

"Great stay, great location. My only complaint is that initially they don’t let you check in until 5:00 but the day before you get an option to check in by noon for an additional 150 and the day before check out, they hit you up for another 150 if you want a late check out, just leaves you feeling a little taken advantage of. Otherwise we were very pleased

"Gorgeous home right on the beach! Also next door the Back Porch where we enjoyed drinks & lunch. Beach chairs were provided every day but it was a little too windy when we were there. We enjoyed our stay and the view!

"This property is as advertised. It is directly on the sands of the Gulf. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Being that we visited in February there were some chilly mornings and evenings but we were still able to sit on any one of the three decks to enjoy the sun. The host was extremely responsive even for silly detail questions that we had. We would definitely visit here again.

"We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! It accommodated all of us perfectly! We would stay here again. The only issue we had was on the private beach which is no reflection on the house. People from other areas kept setting up in front of us and had to be asked to move. Some of them were compliant while others insisted on staying in front of us letting their children dig a huge hole in the sand making it difficult for us to get out of our chairs. The attendant tried his very best but some people are just rude.
