"Very nice condo. Perfect views of the beach. The hallway/elevator area is not updated and seems very old. Once you are inside the condo it is very nice and has everything you need. They responded to any question I had quickly. Would stay there again.

"We had a wonderful stay! Loved that golf was included! The condo was very nice, and the staff was very quick to respond to the couple of small issues that came up. The only recommendation to make it better would be new mattresses for both bedrooms.

"The condo was beautiful! It had been remodeled, and they did a fabulous job! The decor and all the finishes were so pretty. It was welcoming and cozy, just perfect for the getvaway my husband and I had planned. It would also work well for a family. The second bedroom has two (2) full size beds. Also loved the location of the condo. It was close to restaurants and shopping. When we travel back to Destin, I would definitely stay here again!! 😊

"We had such a wonderful week spent here in this very spacious condo. It was perfect for spending time together without feeling like we were in top of each other for a week. Plus, there were plenty of towels/linens which was very nice. The unit was convenient to everything and offered great views and close proximity to the beach & pool. We had a couple of minor issues as we checked in, but Chris and his staff were on top of it immediately.They even arrived in person within an hour of our arrival to make certain everything was addressed. I’d rent from this group again and again. It was so nice having a management group committed to ensuring our vacation was special.

"Our stay was awesome! A definite repeat trip is in our future. Chris is quick to respond if you have a question, even at night. The condo is modern, spacious, comfortable, very clean, and with spectacular views. The building is the perfect size and only a few steps to the beach compared to other properties with long walkways. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves at times but even with others there, it was not crowded. The master bedroom and closet were huge with blackout curtains for sleeping in. The beds were very comfortable. We were 6 and did not need or use the sleeper sofa. The hallway does have a smell maybe due to the trash shoot. Once you get into the condo, nothing else matters! We highly recommend it.

"This condo looks just like the pictures. The building is older, but once you get inside, it's totally updated and beautiful. Great patio with an amazing view. Parking was perfect. We have an oversized truck and it fit perfect in the garage. Easy access and having my favorite coffee in the parking lot (Dunkin Donuts) was amazing. The only thing that could be better was the weather. Thank you for a great stay. Oh and the towel are soooooo soft!!!

"We were thrilled with this # 33 condo at Destin Towers. We previously owned a condo in Myrtle Beach so I know what it takes to make a condo comfortable and this one was the best we have ever rented. No one would be disappointed staying here. Updated HGTV decor was so beautiful-slat boards, barn doors, etc. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Communication was very thorough between us and Bluewater Rentals. They were wonderful to work with. Great job! See you next year.

"I did not have any problems booking our condo at Destin Towers. It was all very smooth from start to finish. The condo we stayed in on the 3rd floor was so nice. It was roomy and the decoration details we’re gorgeous. One of the nicest condos or rentals we have ever stayed at. Love the pool and sitting on the balcony looking at the water and the beach wss close enough to see our different family members coming and going. Thisbis the second time we have stayed at Destin Towers and both times were great. The checkin was so simple. We went straight to the condo. Love it and will return again at some point.

"The unit was beautifully renovated, it definitely could have been on an episode of HGTV. Everything was new, clean, and neat. The beach was steps away from the complex so the view from the unit was spectacular. The property is conveniently located so we were close to everything. The property manager was very responsive and answered all our questions. The only negative was the common areas inside the building could use some love other than that we really enjoyed our stay at Destin. I would recommend this unit to my friends and family.

"Modern, updated, clean property. Amazing location in the heart of Destin! Very family friendly with pool and secure gated walk-out access to beach. Located 1 mile from The Back Porch restaurant which was an easy 25 minute walk on the beach. Covered parking structure with tall clearance easily accommodates luggage carrier. "Couldn’t come up with enough great things to say about this property and communication with Chris! It really was just like something on HGTV, just beautiful with a relaxing beach vibe throughout. "Loved the condo! Cold AC, awesome kitchen upgrades, open living dining concept which made the condo feel very spacious. The bedrooms were not right next to each other so the layout provided some privacy. The balcony overlooks the pool and the most beautiful expansive gulf views! The location of the condo couldn't be better. RIGHT on the beach and within a mile or so of many restaurants, bars, stores. I'll definitely be back!

We loved sitting out there every morning with our coffee watching the ocean. Pool was also perfect! Washer and dryer was also so nice to have! All appliances were top of the line! Assigned parking spot was also perfect! The only 2 negatives : 1. No can opener- we thought that was strange and had to go buy one. 2. No sink plug to wash dishes. We would stay her again!

Perfect for our Family

"Beautiful condo, right on the beach. This property was just as described on the listing. Very clean and updated. It was nice that it was a smaller complex, not crowded in the building or on the beach in front of the condo. One drawback was the lack of blinds or curtains in the living area. It is marketed as sleeping eight, which is possible with the fold out couch in the living room. However, one of our children who had to sleep there was awaken by very bright sun every morning. Otherwise, very nice accommodations for our family!

"This was our first trip to Destin and weren’t sure what to expect. But let me just say the location is amazing! Loved being so close to the beach, literally steps away. Condo was very spacious and had pretty much everything needed. Thankfully I did bring garbage bags because there weren’t any there. Wonderfully decorated and overall clean. I would say the floors could use a good steam cleaning, the kitchen sink had a foul smell on the garbage disposal side, there were several utensils and plates that we found that had food stuck on them, no big deal we just cleaned them up. The dry cycle on dishwasher doesn’t seem to work because the dishes were always wet after they were washed. The master bath tub was a little dingy and could use a shelf or something to keep shampoos and shower items on and maybe install a sliding door instead of shower curtain. Master bed wasn’t the most comfortable but did it’s job, the ceiling light in the master also wouldn’t stay on. The living room furniture and TV are great. I would say it would be nice to have curtains on the sliding glass doors for privacy and keep the sun out for those sleeping on the pullout sofa. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and the trivial things did not affect or make our stay bad in any way. We would definitely stay at this location again. We are already thinking of rebooking. When I think of a beach condo, this is definitely it!

"We stayed here last week with two over 70 women and 2 over 50. Upon entering the home, you are transported to tranquility. The overall vibe is beachy in shades of sea glass and is exactly as described in the listing. We found the beds comfortable for us and there were a ton of pillows in the closet to select from if you didn’t like what was on the bed. We all had really good sleep. We also appreciated the extra throw blankets to snuggle in on the comfortable couch. We never turned the tvs on because we spent so much time talking. Coffee on the porch in the mornings was peaceful as the beach views and beach access are right outside the building. You literally go down the elevator and out the back door to go straight to the sugar sand beach. Listening to the waves and watching people wander the beach is entertaining in itself. There is a swimming pool and hot tub which were clean and inviting but none of us brought suits so we didn’t partake. The home has been updated but the tubs are the original and do show signs of wear. The water was hot and plentiful with good pressure. Amenities stated in the listed were provided. We appreciated the places to hang towels after use and the bath mats! The keurig coffee maker worked beautifully for us and we brought our own coffee anticipating that. This is a secure property with gated entry both to the property and to the beach access. Codes given worked without issue. We felt perfectly safe and the home is located in an excellent spot for all dining up and down Destin. There is remodeling going on in the building which can be heard from the home in the early morning. We slept with sound machines we brought so it didn’t bother us. This has nothing to do with the listing and cannot be helped until they are done but it truly didn’t bother us. It was not right next door. If returning to Destin in the future I would definitely stay here. We truly enjoyed our time there.

"This place is just beautiful! The view was spectacular. Immaculate inside . Seemed completely renovated and updated. Overlooking the pool and beach with covered parking. Fresh flowers and detergents and soap to get started. Marcus the building manager was available and fixed the shell on my Moms wheelchair. Chris was easy to deal with. Our first visit to Destin and this place was perfect. A corner room gave us a spectacular view looking towards the beach and west completely unobstructed! Thank you all for such a pleasant stay.

"Had a fantastic time with my family while staying in this condo. View was perfect with easy access to the beach. The unit was exactly what we expected for a beachfront property. The staff was super friendly and accomodating throughout our trip. Chris was easy to communicate with and even helped recommend a crib rental company for our twins. "This place exceeded our expectations. We had two families in the unit during our stay (4 adults, two 3 year olds and a one year old). Access to the beach is only a few steps past the pool and hot tub (the view from the unit is amazing). The balcony/porch was perfect for sitting and listening to the ocean at night. The washer/dryer are in great condition. The master bedroom has a walk in closet with extra blankets on the shelves, which was so nice as we had our 3 year olds with us on an air bed. Koozies and sunglasses welcomed us to the unit when we arrived which was a really cute touch. Plenty of towels, hand towels and wash cloths also in both bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The grills outside are great for when you want to stay in and cook/grill. Every night when we sat on the porch we never heard very much noise at all. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and we had no issues during our stay. My husband actually lost his sunglasses and we thought he may have left them in the unit after we had already left, so we contacted Chris and he helped us get back into the unit an hour after our check-out time to allow us to look for them. He also asked if we needed assistance with anything else and how our stay was. Great communication if anyone were to need to reach him during their stay. I 10/10 would recommend booking this place. It is worth it!

"We stayed in this lovely condo for a vacay with our daughter and four grandkids. The property was exactly as advertised and fit us perfectly. The beach view from the balcony was amazing. We also appreciated being directly above the pool, because our group was often split between the balcony and the pool. We loved the location of the condo because it was such a short drive to our excursions and was also convenient to a variety of eateries. The property was well managed, and the process from check-in thru check-out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

"This condo is so pretty! We had everything we needed for a great stay. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, etc. We loved having a nice washer and dryer for nightly loads of beach towels, etc. The kids (age 6, 3 and 9mo) loved being so close to both the pool and the beach. Destin Towers is an older condominium complex, but is well maintained. Being a smaller complex, the pool and beach front were never overcrowded. Chris was super responsive via both text and the Vrbo app. We were happily accommodated with an early check-in. We will definitely return!

"Small gated community. Parking was covered which is wonderful. Our unit was well appointed and the views were exactly as posted, if not better! Our unit was updated four guests were very comfortable. Great access to beach. Not a large pool but was not busy for us. I would recommend the tower to anyone visiting.

"Excellent condo- one of the cleanest ! We have stayed in DT many years and this was one of the nicest! BUT, a little more flexibility on check in for our condo would be greatly appreciated, especially with groceries heating up by the minute. We planned for 4 pm, but arrived at 3:35 and had to swelter in the hall. Come on Chris! 30 min plus or minus is not going to kill the cleaning routine. Thanks Mike D., Tennessee
