FIRST FLOOR EXPERIENCE: (Sleeps 2)
The first floor offers a blend of privacy and entertainment, featuring a kitchenette and dining area, a game room with a pool table and TV, and a king bedroom with private patio access and an oversized walk-in closet. With two outdoor showers, convenient washer/dryer access, and separate entrances, this level is ideal for added functionality and comfort.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, making it perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway amongst the spring break crowds. Despite the proximity to popular areas, we felt a sense of isolation and tranquility. The beaches were breathtakingly beautiful, and the house provided ample privacy and space. The location is ideal, offering a perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. The house has a generous number of windows and multiple outdoor spaces, which greatly enhance the overall experience. From the balconies, you have a partial view of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much and spent a lot of time in it. Thank you for our stay and hope to visit again soon.

"My wife and I spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this house. We found it well appointed and very comfortable. The wifi is strong and we had no problems with the TV's. The house is very tastefully decorated and the owner has done a lot to provide the little touches that you would expect from a luxury property rental. The beach is a short 4-5 min walk and the house has all the beach toys a large group would need including a new wagon. If you want to separate yourselves from the Mother-in-Law or a group of rowdy kids, the lower level is a self contained living quarters including a full kitchen and refrigerator. The pool is heated and there is plenty of seating on the porches on each level. We also took advantage of the free access to local activities. Thank you Destin Dreamers! We will definitely be back for another stay at this property.

"This home and experience was lovely for my family and I. We try to annually get together with my wife's parents, and this home served to be perfect for what we needed this year. Not off a busy, bustling street so my youngest two boys could play right at the end of the coldesac with NO worries, the heated pool helped us relax and have fun, and Chris and Jamie's team were super responsive! My mother-in-law put some cookies in the oven and then we found out oven mitts were missing. I immediately reached out, and before the cookies were done a member of his team was knocking on the door with oven mitts in hand! Incredible service. Jaetin was an absolute blessing! I sat on the balcony most mornings early watching the sun rise from a beautiful master suite, played billiards with my wife and son down in the mother-in-law suite down below, enjoyed watching my boys play on the foosball table, and shared a private dinner with my wife and I on that balcony. A memory I can cherish for a long time!
