On the first floor, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms, including a custom bunk room complete with an air hockey table—a kid (or kid-at-heart) favorite! Make your way to the second floor, where the heart of the home comes to life. This spacious open-concept level features a gourmet kitchen, inviting dining area, and stylish living space, all filled with natural light and coastal flair.

The top floor is reserved for the private king master suite, a serene escape featuring a luxurious ensuite bathroom and an exclusive balcony retreat—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind after a day in the sun.

PARKING: There is parking available for 2 vehicles. Please do not block any parts of the sidewalk or park on the street as the HOA enforces violations.

The closest is just a quick 3-minute walk away, where you'll enjoy exclusive access to the pristine, uncrowded shoreline. Head west along the sand and you'll reach The Crab Trap—perfect for lunch, a cold drink, or a relaxing dinner with Gulf views.

Please note: umbrellas must be rented through the third-party beach service provided at the access point, as personal setups are not permitted.
