Destiny by the Sea offers two private beach access points within the gated community. The closest is just a quick 3-minute walk away, where you'll enjoy exclusive access to the pristine, uncrowded shoreline. Head west along the sand and you'll reach The Crab Trap—perfect for lunch, a cold drink, or a relaxing dinner with Gulf views.

Please note: umbrellas must be rented through the third-party beach service provided at the access point, as personal setups are not permitted.

We encountered no issues and experienced zero inconveniences. The property is exactly as pictured and conveniently located very close to the beach.

"This house is perfect! Everyone was able to gather together, but still have their own space. This house was very close to the beach. It was clean and well taken care of. The nearby area has many choices for food and activities. We can't wait to visit back again!

"We have stayed in this neighborhood a few years now, but this was the first time in this house. It had everything we needed and the kids absolutely loved the game tables. The pool is small (but no smaller than we expected) but perfect for when your kid wants to swim instead of beach, and perfect for adults to sit in. Most of the house is updated/remodeled and the areas that aren’t are still clean and nice. One small complaint, the upstairs bathroom has no door, so you don’t have privacy if someone is in the bedroom.

"We had a great time staying here. With 6 kids ranging from 5-11, the Tri-level experience offered space for us to spread out and do our own thing while not at the beach. Loved having the mini pool at the house because the kids used this while we cooked dinner or lounged. It was a way for those to rest who wanted while allowing the energetic ones an outlet as well.

Great Family Getaway

"We have been planning this vacation for 6 months to celebrate my husband's 70th and his sister's 80th birthdays. We love the location and pool. I took the kids (ages 2.5 and 5) in the pool while everyone else got ready for the beach. Worked perfectly as a distraction and was just the right size for them. Loved the open floor plan so we could all be together whether cooking, feeding the kids, or playing cards. Loved the game room as well. It was fun to watch the little ones learn the same games we played. Who knew these were still around. All in all, Thank you for a wonderful and memorable weekend. I wish it could have been longer, but we are already looking at dates for next year.

Destin is amazing

"The property was not as exactly expected with a missing door handle, stairs that are broken and covered with tape. The most frustrating part was when the outlets on one side of the kitchen were not working and the stove quit working. I had to call and then when no one called me back I had to call again. But with that being said, it is a beautiful property located in an amazing development and I would still do it again
