Due to the time needed to prep the house for the next guest, it’s important to follow the checkout instructions. Failure to follow the checkout instructions may result in losing the refundable guest damage deposit. The cleaners will be arriving to prepare the house promptly at 10:00 A.M.
If you have a gas golf cart, please refill before check-out.
Before You Leave:
✓ Leave used beds unmade and towels in bedroom or bathroom. Please pile BEACH towels in laundry room for cleaning/inventory. $20 per towel for missing towels.
✓ Remove ALL trash from the house including, bathroom waste cans and the two trash cans in the kitchen. Place in provided trash cans outside. Please place all dirty dishes and silverware in the dishwasher and run. Please
✓ DO NOT place any pots and pans in the dishwasher as they will need to be hand washed. We have provided drying mats underneath the kitchen sink to set all hand washed items to dry.
✓ Discard all used/open food and drinks. If unopened and unwanted, feel free to leave for donation.
✓ Ensure ALL appliances are turned off. If house has a gas fireplace, turn off.
✓ Brush clean BBQ grill grates
✓ Please lock ALL exterior doors and close windows
✓ Upon leaving the property, please checkout by texting (850) 733-7447 with the house name.
Golf Carts (if applicable)
- Return golf cart key to attached lockbox on golf cart. Please ensure the garage door opener is left with the golf cart.
- If gas powered, fill up at gas station.
- Please clean golf cart. If needed, use a water hose attached to the side of the house for your convenience.
