Option 1: Earn Immediate Referral Income
- Receive 1% of the projected rental income for every referred property.
- Example: If the property is projected to generate $230K, you earn $2,300. On a $425K home you would earn $4,250.
- Payout is made within 7 days of the owner signing the contract or us taking over the home.
Option 2: Become the “Go-To Agent” for Exclusive Buyer Leads:
- Gain direct access to 30-45 reservations per year per home, translating to 1-4 potential buyers per stay.
- Be featured in the home, the online guest guide, and through email promotions.
- Visit guests during their stay with a personalized gift, such as a bottle of wine, to establish connections.
- Receive professional training and scripts to convert leads, close deals, and advise on rental investments.
