About the property
The magnificent Sandcastle Dreams is a Mediterranean style villa located in the exclusive world of Destiny West, which is a premier prestigious residential beach community. It boasts seven bedrooms with multiple beds and the ability to comfortably accommodate 22 privileged guests in the lap of luxury. In addition to the stately main house, a guest house includes its own luxurious living space, state-of-the-art kitchen, and one of the seven bedrooms as a perfect place for separate groups of vacationing friends and family members.
It's just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach and just beyond the back door a private heated pool* awaits you. An expansive patio that is adorned with lush landscaping and towering palms and a columned veranda graciously provides access to the patio. The patio has a gas grill for the “chef of the house” to dazzle everyone with a poolside cookout. A classic columned covered balcony off a large game room and upstairs guest quarters overlook the pool as well as a lovely lake.

Step onto the back covered patio, lounge by the heated pool* or grill and enjoy al fresco dining on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Walk across your private walkway to the pristine white sands of the beach where you’ll experience breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!
Community & Area Experience:
This Destiny location places you close to popular restaurants and friendly beach bars along the gulf. Championship golf and tennis are nearby at Seascape (contact them for rates). Grocery stores, bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and amusements at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin are minutes away.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.

Destin Dreamers is the premier property management company for luxury rentals in Destin & Miramar Beach. Started by Chris Harper, a luxury home builder, who saw a need for a boutique company that would provide a quality experience for guests.
Our team is available from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours.
