DETAILS: Silver Peso- Welcome to your own resort JUST 2 BLOCKS TO PRIVATE COMMUNITY BEACH ACCESS! Complimentary Beach Service w/2 Chairs & 1 Umbrella (in-season March 1-October 31). Enjoy over 4700 sf of luxurious living space and balconies with GULF views! The backyard has 18 lighted Palm trees for that upscale resort living you thought you could only dream of! It features a large 30x15 pool AND detached hot tub, two dining areas (one covered) a pool table, ping-pong table, BBQ area, as well as resort quality chaise lounges. Only a few steps between you and the sugary white sand beaches that Destin is famous for on a PRIVATE neighborhood beach. Nearby, plenty of shops and the walkable beachfront restaurants along Scenic Gulf Dr, which is also connected to the over 5-mile-long paved walkway should you choose to enjoy early morning walks with your sweetheart!

Upon entering the home, the grand staircase leads to the second floor living area. The main floor has two Queen Bunk Rooms with access to the yard and pool. These rooms are connected by a spacious bathroom with a double vanity, shower/tub and access to the backyard. A hallway twin bunk nook and a laundry room round out this floor.

The second floor has a spacious living room with comfortable seating (sleeper sofa), large screen TV and a wet bar with an icemaker. This room flows right into the dining room and kitchen which has seating for 15. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including double ovens, perfect for feeding the whole family. Three sets of French doors lead to the second-floor balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a long day at the beach. This floor has a half bath and one King bedroom. This bedroom has an en-suite with a tub/shower and access to a private balcony.

The third floor completes the home with a sitting area (sleeper sofa) and big screen TV and access to the balcony with gulf views. There are two bedrooms on this level. One King Bedroom with a large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and separate shower and water closet has access to the balcony with gulf views. The other King bedroom also has an en-suite with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower and water closet. This room also has a private balcony and a pull-out sleeper chair.

The Backyard is fantastic! You’ll have your own private resort! Swim in the large 30x15 pool AND relax in the detached hot tub. Sunbathe on the resort quality chaise lounges or get competitive with a round of pool or a ping ping match! Grill your favorite meal and enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor dining tables, one under the pavilion. There’s even a backyard beach for the kids to play! The outdoor shower provides a place to rinse away the sand before you enter the house.

"Perfect house! We had four adults and six kids, and plenty of room to spare. House was in great shape, very clean, pool and hot tub were awesome. Management company was very responsive to answer questions — highly recommend this house and Destin dreamers! Will be back.

"Awesome Location close to the beach. Large home with plenty of room for our group of friends and their families. First floor is bunks and perfect for kids. Pool is large and was able to be heated. Hot tub was a nice addition with the cooler weather and the kids and adults alike enjoyed the outdoor area with Ping-Pong and pool. Would stay again!

"We were there from 12/22 to 12/26 when most of the country had freeze. Mallory was great to work with. Since it was going to be very cold in Destin we tried to make the best of the situation and asked the host to have the pool heated. That was my repeated request and Mallory made it happen!!! Based on previous reviews I heard it may take up to 48 hours to heat the pool but Mallory addressed that issue and made sure the pool was ready when we arrived!! Can't thank her enough because as I guessed that's where we spent most of our time. As per inside of the house it had everything!!!The kitchen is fully equipped - pots, pans, cutlery, etc… We had a little struggle with beach gate access code but again the host helped us and kids had a great time at Hollywood private beach. Mallory, THANK YOU and a huge hug from me!!!!
