Your pristine gourmet kitchen and children's bunk room are just steps away! One block from restaurants & shopping, and close to Destin, Seaside, Santa Rosa Beach, and Fort Walton Beach.

First Floor Experience: Sleeps 14

Step into the freshly remodeled living space and kitchen area. The kitchen, dining room, and living area all have spectacular views of the gulf through three sliding glass doors. 

The long dining room table seats 12 and there are an additional six seats at the kitchen bar area. Watch thousands of shows and live tv with Hulu Plus TV on the 75” Nano Screen TV. Relax on the luxury furniture as you look out over the sandy beach.

Make memories and cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen which includes a separate ice maker, waffle maker, toaster, mixer, blender, and more.  Just off the kitchen is the utility room with washer, dryer, and countertop for additional food storage.

In the corner of the living space is the bunk room with plenty of sleeping space. Six queen mattresses and two twins sleep a total of 14. Have a movie night with a flat screen tv. Just outside the bunk space and in the corner of the living space is a bathroom with shower.  An outside door from the bathroom gives direct access to the private heated*pool and entry to the beach.

Outside the sliding glass doors is a long balcony with front row seats to the pristine white sands and gulf.  At the end of the balcony is the pool, grill station, foot and shower wash area, and stairs leading directly onto the beach.

Second Floor Experience: Sleeps 8

Up the stairs you’ll have a beautifully finished floor landing with access to four bedrooms.  All have private bathrooms. Enter the master suite bedroom with a king size bed and two sliding glass doors with amazing views of the gulf. Step outside on the balcony and sip coffee as you look out over the gulf. The bathroom has a garden tub, two sinks, and separate shower/toilet area.

A second master suite also contains a king, private bathroom with shower, separate tub, and toilet. Soak up the fantastic view of the gulf as you relax with your favorite show on the big screen tv. Get some fresh air on the balcony and maybe see some dolphins!

A third King Master suite contains a shower/tub combo and flat screen tv.

The last bedroom is unique in that it has a private balcony that overlooks Scenic Highway 98. It’s a cozier bedroom with a King and private bath with shower/tub combo.

Pool and Beach Experience:

Relax with gulf views in the heated* pool. Head down the stairs to the beach and enjoy two complementary umbrellas and four chairs (March to October). More available to rent. Additional chairs and beach gear are available at the house.

After the beach you can wash off at the foot/shower station and then relax in the pool. Grill out with the propane grill.

Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours.
