Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time!I want to gather my whole family as I just recently retired.It was wonderful to see looks on my grandchildren when they arrived.Lot of space great rooms for my adult children.I would only recommend a hose by pool shower so sand doesn’t get into pool. "The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived around 5 pm and the door code worked to let us in. The home appeared brand new and immaculately cleaned. Kitchen had sub-zero freezer and refrigerator and a Wolf stove. Pool and hot tub were large, AC was cold. Great property. A couple of things to note. The 2nd floor bunk room is not near a bathroom. The common bathroom on that floor does not have a shower or bathtub either. The icemaker in the freezer is very low volume, so daily ice purchases were a necessity. Our stay did not include a golf cart, which would have been very useful for shutting guests back and forth to the beach.

This was our annual Thanksgiving gathering with family and friends, and this house was perfect for us. It was super close to the beach, and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property manager was easy to work with, very accommodating, and excellent at answering questions. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Destin with a big group. Beautiful property.
