Beach Experience:

Your vacation house is just a 3-minute golf cart drive with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets, white sands, happy hour drinks, beach shade/chair rental, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, and more! Details and links to services provided in your welcome email.

Retreat At Miramar Community Experience:

Your vacation house is in a private community called the Retreat at Miramar.   Guests also have full access to the private retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. 

It's a perfect space for cookouts, with Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.

Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).

Common Area includes:

• Community pool  (7:00 AM to 10:30 PM) (heated starting Nov. 15)

• Lounge chairs on pool deck

• Multiple covered, cushioned couches

• Green Egg charcoal grills with counter space

Parking:

The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. For additional parking, please use only designated parking spots in the community by the mailboxes. Please do not block streets or sidewalks.

Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours.
