Beach Experience:

Your vacation house is just a 3-minute golf cart drive with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets, white sands, happy hour drinks, beach shade/chair rental, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, and more! Details and links to services provided in your welcome email.

Retreat At Miramar Community Experience:

Your vacation house is in a private community called the Retreat at Miramar.   Guests also have full access to the private retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. 

It's a perfect space for cookouts, with Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.

Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).

Common Area includes:

• Community pool  (7:00 AM to 10:30 PM) (heated starting Nov. 15)

• Lounge chairs on pool deck

• Multiple covered, cushioned couches

• Green Egg charcoal grills with counter space

• Large dining tables poolside

Parking:

The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. For additional parking, please use only designated parking spots in the community by the mailboxes. Please do not block streets or sidewalks.

Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours.

This is property is a short walk to the beach. Great access to the pool across the road which was awesome for the kids. The property was clean upon arrival and was able to accommodate a check in request. Overall was great place to stay and I would recommend to family and friends.

House was stunningly beautiful and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect, close to the beach but secluded. Since the neighborhood does not have a through street it felt very quiet which is something we really liked at the end of the day. Pool area was the kiddos favorite and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Silver Sands was the best! Very accommodating for 13 of us and very convenient location. We were right across the street from the pool and within blocks from the beach. Destin Dreamers were very helpful and nice. They even brought us a bottle of wine and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

We loved our stay. Check-in and Check-out could not have been easier. Even though the pictures are impressive, this home is actually more impressive in person. I highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be coming back! All interaction with Destin Dreamers exceeded our expectations.

The furniture needed to be cleaned and the door gave us a time trying to get in, but it's a nice house directly in front of pool which made it easy carrying stuff across to be grilled. The response time was quick whenever something was needed. I'd definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about this home - the moment you enter, it's truly like a luxurious retreat. The quality and décor are top notch and the home is so clean. The homeowner / property manager has you covered on everything. Right before check in, I received a call from the property manager willing to meet us at the home to make sure we had everything we needed - you just don't get this kind of service most places. We enjoyed zipping around the area in the golf cart as well. Book this home- you won't regret it.

We knew we'd spend a lot of time at the house because we had kids with us, and this house was perfect. There's separation of space so couples and families had their own areas, the kids had an area to play, and the big beautiful kitchen was perfect for games and drinking. We had a few questions upon arrival and the property manager was extremely available for us. Highly recommend staying! We would definitely look forward to staying again.
