DETAILS: Silver Peso- Welcome to your own resort JUST 2 BLOCKS TO PRIVATE COMMUNITY BEACH ACCESS!   Enjoy over 4700 sf of luxurious living space and balconies with GULF views! The backyard has 18 lighted Palm trees for that upscale resort living you thought you could only dream of!  It features a large 30x15 pool AND detached hot tub, two dining areas (one covered) a pool table, ping-pong table, BBQ area, as well as resort quality chaise lounges. Only a few steps between you and the sugary white sand beaches that Destin is famous for on a PRIVATE neighborhood beach. Nearby, plenty of shops and the walkable beachfront restaurants along Scenic Gulf Dr, which is also connected to the over 5-mile-long paved walkway should you choose to enjoy early morning walks with your sweetheart!

Upon entering the home, the grand staircase leads to the second floor living area.  The main floor has two Queen Bunk Rooms with access to the yard and pool.  These rooms are connected by a spacious bathroom with a double vanity, shower/tub and access to the backyard.  A hallway twin bunk nook and a laundry room round out this floor.

The second floor has a spacious living room with comfortable seating (sleeper sofa), large screen TV and a wet bar with an icemaker.  This room flows right into the dining room and kitchen which has seating for 15.  The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including double ovens, perfect for feeding the whole family.  Three sets of French doors lead to the second-floor balcony.  Enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a long day at the beach.  This floor has a half bath and one King bedroom.  This bedroom has an en-suite with a tub/shower and access to a private balcony.

The third floor completes the home with a sitting area (sleeper sofa) and big screen TV and access to the balcony with gulf views.  There are two bedrooms on this level.  One King Bedroom with a large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and separate shower and water closet has access to the balcony with gulf views.  The other King bedroom also has an en-suite with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower and water closet.  This room also has a private balcony and a pull-out sleeper chair.

The Backyard is fantastic! You’ll have your own private resort! Swim in the large 30x15 pool AND relax in the detached hot tub.  Sunbathe on the resort quality chaise lounges or get competitive with a round of pool or a ping ping match!  Grill your favorite meal and enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor dining tables, one under the pavilion.  There’s even a backyard beach for the kids to play!  The outdoor shower provides a place to rinse away the sand before you enter the house.
