OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE:

Relax on the covered patio, take a dip, or lounge by the pool after a day at the beach. With lounge chairs and patio furniture, you can soak up the sun or have a cookout.

The golf cart friendly neighborhood allows for a quick and convenient, 3-minute ride to the beach and the biggest public beach access point in our area. Park in the large parking lot at Pompano Joe’s Restaurant for the best and easiest beach access. Equipped with an ADA service ramp, restrooms, and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk.

ABOUT YOUR HOST:

Destin Dreamers is the premier property management company for luxury rentals in Destin, Miramar Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach. Started by Chris Harper, a luxury home builder, who saw a need for a boutique company that would provide a quality experience for guests. Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM, six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours.

✓ A starter pack is provided including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent. Depending on your length of stay, it will be your responsibility to purchase additional items at any conveniently located store of choice. Please plan accordingly.

✓ Additional peace of mind with an included $2,000 accidental damage waiver ($100 deductible). Exclusions apply.

**Reservations made 24 hours before check-in will have a 6:00 pm check-in time, unless we get the house clean early. We will let you know.

**Guests of record must be age 25+ and stay at the house each/every night.
