At this luxury vacation home in Destin, Florida, you will find five spacious bedrooms and enough room to comfortably accommodate 20 guests. In addition, this stately home rests on a quiet cul-de-sac in the upscale Avalon Beach Estates neighborhood, complete with a private pool and views of the beautiful Emerald Coast of the nearby Gulf. Bellagio’s grand architecture greets you once you arrive, flanked by large Florida palms and well-manicured foliage. Private heated pool and near the beach.
Inside, you’ll find modern design and crisp clean furnishings at every turn. The living room and kitchen are located on the second floor, accompanied by wall-to-wall glass windows that allow plenty of sunshine to pour through. The kitchen has been upgraded to include state of the art stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a large island with plenty of seating. The master suite, also found on the second floor, is perfectly designed for unwinding after a long day of your favorite activities. Relax in the garden tub while you enjoy a view of the water, then cozy up in bed and enjoy your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. The bunk room is ideal and fun for the kiddos in your group, which they're sure to love!
With the beach just across the street from Bellagio, you’ll love lounging on the expansive covered balcony looking out onto the clear blue water. The soft touch of the gentle sea breeze and sound of the surf will instantly wash away any lingering tension that may have followed you on vacation. Plus, the spacious back patio and sundeck are the perfect place to catch some rays while the kids have a blast in the pool. Of course there is a private gas grill for your outdoor cookout that the “chef of the house” will surely love.
