OUTDOOR/BEACH EXPERIENCE:

This home has three covered balconies to sit and relax and take in the amazing views of the Gulf.  It is just steps from the pristine white sand.  Take sunrise walks on the beach and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves.

COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE:

Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, it is located halfway between Pompano Joes and the Whales Tail restaurants. This beach community has an easy going, down to earth feel.

ABOUT YOUR HOST:

Destin Dreamers is the premier property management company for luxury rentals in Destin & Miramar Beach. Started by Chris Harper, a luxury home builder, who saw a need for a boutique company that would provide a quality experience for guests.

Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours.

ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS:

✓ Hulu+TV in every room with Live and On Demand TV from 65+ top channels including sports, news, and movies.

✓ Personal greeting & welcome gift from our team who will be available throughout your stay for any issues that arise.

✓ Starter packs are provided including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent. Please plan accordingly, purchase additional items at any local store depending on length of stay.

✓ Additional peace of mind with an included $2,000 accidental damage waiver ($100 deductible). Exclusions apply.

**Guests of record must be age 25+ and stay at the house each night.

Family Vacation

We needed a place to accommodate 13 of us for a family vacation and Bella Vista was perfect! It was clean, bright and comfortable. Great beach access only steps away. It was nice to have them set our chairs and umbrella out every morning. It is on a busy street which got a little noisy at night with the all golf carts but nothing too bad. Within walking distance to several little food, ice cream and frozen yogurt stores. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was just like the pictures. just a walk down some steps and we were on the private beach with our two umbrellas and four chairs.It was my sisters and I and the inside elevator was wonderful as we are all over 65. We were missing some items we noticed on Sunday and I texted them and someone was here with them Monday morning. grocery stores are within a10-15 minute drive. We left our house keys there and they were very friendly and proficient in securing them and arranging for shipment to our home. If we decide to go back to that area again we will absolutely contact destin dreamers

We loved waking up to the beach every morning. This house has 3 levels of gorgeous views. It has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and is conveniently located to everything we needed.

House was a great location!! A perfect fit for 3 families with kids. There were a couple hiccups with wifi/internet but Destin Dreamers team was top 10 in service. They were the best. Thank y'all for sharing your home and your team with us. We are very appreciative of your accommodations and your service.

We stayed at Bella Vista on the Beach and couldn’t have been happier with the service from the office staff and maintenance. Very attentive and accommodating and whatever they didn’t have on hand provided what they could in very timely manner. The location was great and beachfront was so convenient with our group of three families and small children. It was also very clean which is even better :-)
