BEACH EXPERIENCE:
Your vacation house is just a 3-minute golf cart drive with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk.

️ RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE:
Your vacation house is in a private community called the Retreat at Miramar. Guests also have full access to the private retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion.
It's a perfect space for cookouts, with Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.
Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).

We brought our 6 adult kids and my parents. This house was perfect for us. We loved the big island in the kitchen. Was great for board games and family meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well bc of that. Dealing with destiny dreamers was GREAT !! They answered all my questions and took care of everything QUICKLY!! Very personal!! The kitchen we well equipped with our needs. The only thing I would say that would have been nice was maybe an xtra few garbage bags (we went and bought some) and an xtra roll of paper towels BUT that is soooooo small compared to alll of the wonderful things.

We have been vacationing in the Destin area for over 13 years straight now and this house was one of the best off beach houses that we’ve stayed at. It’s conveniently located for just about everything, only a short golfcart ride to the beach (about 2.5 blocks to the public beach and Pompano Joes). We would definitely book this house again!

Could not have been any happier with this beautiful home, everything was perfect. We had 4 children ages 4-10. They had a blast every night playing air hockey and the games in the game room. Maybe the adults even had more fun. Very spacious. One thing that really impressed me was how Destin Dreamers were with their concern that we where having a great time. They would send emails and texts not let us know we could Reach out to them if we need anything. They always got back to us very promptly on any message we sent. They truly do care about their guests. Will definitely stay there again

First and foremost, the property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, making our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. The attention to detail in the upkeep of the property was impressive, and we were thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the home. The property was also well-appointed, with a range of amenities that catered to both kids and adults alike. We particularly enjoyed the great selection of games, which provided endless entertainment during our downtime. The beds were also a standout feature of the property - they were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a great night's sleep every night. One of the major highlights of our stay at Aqua Luxe was its proximity to the beach. We loved being within walking distance of the beach, which meant we could easily spend our days lounging in the sun or taking a dip in the ocean. The property's location also made it easy for us to explore the local area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aqua Luxe, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-appointed property that offers easy access to the beach and local amenities.

The Hill family has concluded that this was our best experience with an Airbnb rental. The location was excellent, the setup of the home was excellent and the attention to detail of the furniture was excellent. The home was very clean and fully stocked with cooking utensils. We will plan to rent this property again in the very near future.

From lighting, decor and built-in character, our entire family felt a level of comfort you only feel in your own home. Another amazing amenity, was the online guidebook which included not only all relevant information regarding the house, local attractions and recommendations for: restaurants, breweries, shopping, outdoor activities, and nearby grocery stores. This house provides all the luxury upgrades. Will definitely be coming back!

Never have I evet experienced anything like this!!! So much intention went into this home and you feel every inch of it. I'm blown away that a house could be this warm ans loving. We had a BLAST driving the golf cart, jumping in the pool with our clothes on, watching movies, baking cookies, and of course catching sunrise and sunset walks on the beach. Cheers to the greatest hosts. We are officially FAMILY now

My family stayed here from July 6-10th and absolutely loved this house. It comes with a golf cart and is only a few blocks from the beach. In addition, the house is beautiful and every bedroom has a private bath which was SO nice. Miramar beach access is simple and there is free parking right next to the Pompano Joe's restaurant. Obviously the reason you are visiting is for the ocean and white sand beaches. They were excellent during our stay. We had so much fun!
Finally, my daughter left her MacBook and water bottle at the house. We didn't realize it until we were back home in St. Louis. However, I sent a text and Destination Dreamer quickly responded and took the computer and water bottle to the UPS store for shipment. We are so grateful to have it back!! You guys are the best!!

2020 has been a challenging year on many fronts and my family, like many others, have dealt with the stresses of lock downs, job loss, home school etc. Recently we were able to cut through this stress by scheduling some sorely needed vacation time in Destin Florida. Flights were easy, but the choices of hotel and short-term rental seemed daunting. A friend of mine referred me to a house at the Retreat and Miramar – Aqua Luxe. We were able to book this property for our family and a few friends. Simply put, Aqua Luxe, not only surpassed our expectations, but in my mind redefined what an AirBNB/Short term rental should be. Like most short-term rentals, Aqua Luxe has impressive photos and represents well on the app. The reality is more impressive. It became clear that this house, its location and the amenities it offered were more than just a money-making product for the owners to offer an alternative to hotels. It was a complete change in lifestyle and really helped us disconnect. The House Everything in this house is top notch and seemingly put together by a professional decorator and designed with families in mind. More on that in a second. The thing that stands out with Aqua Luxe is that down to the dishes the house is modern, top of the line, and easy. Even Beach Towels are provided. Every bedroom has a king bed and adjoining bathroom. Large Flat Screen TVs are located throughout the house. Screaming-fast internet allowed us not only to enjoy the HULU plus packages on the TVs, but also to log in and check in email on laptops etc. The appliances are brand new and the fridge is MASSIVE as well. The middle level offered the kiddos a space with two arcade quality video game terminals and an air hockey table. This became their base of operations allowing parents to hang out in the bottom level and relax. Again, I cannot stress this enough, the house itself is a turn-key luxury home within blocks of the beach. The best part is yet to come. The house comes with a 7-person golf cart and is a two-minute drive to the beach access at Pompano Joes - one of the Destin area’s most popular and best restaurants. I suggest the Grouper Reuben J. The golf cart is street legal and sips gas. We were able to explore the main beach drag in no time. Again, this is included in the house along with beach chairs in the garage! Literally Everything about the house is Turn-Key and absolutely wonderful. The Retreat at Miramar ?Again, Aqua Luxe, is a property located in a development called the Retreat at Miramar this property not only contains houses but a stocked fishing pond, pool deck and free access to several Green Egg grills. We were able to do the beach during the day, and then barbecue at night. Simply awesome. ?The some may find the rules at the Retreat strict. There is no smoking/vaping in the house or on the property, nor are pets allowed. This is done to maintain a hypo-allergenic environment. Some people who are smokers may find this off-putting. The solution was simple, take the golf cart around the block, or take a small walk. We had some smokers in our group and they got over it fast. The quality of the property and the house more than made up for it. ?The staff at the Retreat are A-plus. They were there to greet us with a bottle of wine and would check up on us from time to time to make sure we were ok. This was not the kind of check up that was invasive either. Jeatin, the head facilities guy, would be around and say hi while we were outside. He actually took the time to memorize our names too. Again, class act. ?The folks at the retreat offer great videos and orientation content for you to consume before you go too. In short, they make it easy. The Drawbacks – very tiny things to consider ?Compared to what you get, it’s a blip on the radar and should not factor into your decision to stay. Aqua Luxe is a huge tri-level town home. While it is beautiful and luxurious, it also has stairs. Be sure to plan if you have older family or mind a little climb. Lastly, the floors are mainly hardwood and tile and the floorplan is very open. This creates a little more noise when there are little ones running around. That’s it, and for me those were small prices to pay for the overall experience! The way we viewed it, if we were inside too much we were doing it wrong Ratings and Wrap up 5 stars going away! I cannot give Aqua Luxe a high enough rating and I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Our stary there literally put a huge bright spot on a 2020 that was bad for every person on earth. We will be back ASAP. One last note to make a point. On our last morning as we were packing up. Jeatin brought in new pots and pans. I asked why, and he responded that the owners “felt the pots and pans where getting worn out and wanted them replaced”. The pots and pans we used had seen some miles but nothing like other short-term rentals I had stayed in. In fact, their pots and pans were better than mine at home! Beautiful property just as pictured. The beds were AMAZING and everything was there that we needed. There were even chairs,sand toys and beach towels provided which saves lots of packing. The area was perfect and we were able to social distance in these crazy times as we had everything we needed at the house. I had groceries delivered which was great. The golf cart was a huge help too. We will definitely be going back!
