This is a perfect home for families with children as well as friend getaways and work retreats. You'll enjoy gorgeous Gulf views from nearly every room in the home as well as private beach access just steps from your back door! Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours.

Our multigenerational family enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely property. The weather was cool, but the sun was warm, the pool cozy and the ocean views stunning. The large group living spaces and the comfortable beds kept the comfort level high. We are already planning our return visit.

We really enjoyed this vacation. The house is gorgeous, location is great, beach access is perfect. The cleanliness of the house was very good. All of our party enjoyed the luxury furnishings, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked. I was delighted that it had 2 refrigerators and a pellet ice machine. The pool was heated nicely. The view is wonderful. We were very fortunate to find this available for our time off and to find Destin Dreamers. They were very dependable and a pleasure to do business with. We look forward to another visit next year.

Plenty of extras, beds, ice machine, mini fridges, kitchen packed with extras, a refrigerator just for drinks, big kitchen table & bar stools, little pool, beach towels- it’s too good not to enjoy every minute of vacation! We had a blast & all the extras took it to another level!! Will rent again!

Our time at 16 Sunsets well exceeded expectations! The home was wonderful for our family of 15. The space had beautiful beach views, was clean, well stocked, and within walking distance to many stores/restaurants. The host was very responsive before and during our trip. We will book with Destin Dreamers if we are in the area again.

16 Sunsets was the PERFECT getaway for our family.....and will accommodate our growing family with new grandchildren as they come! Located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The home was VERY clean upon arrival and is very well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The heated pool was great when the weather was cool (We stayed over New Year's). The layout is great. The beach is quiet with beautiful white sands. I can't think of even one suggestion to make this a better place to stay. Even before we left, everyone was talking about coming next year. You won't be disapointed!!

The Perfect Stay

How can I describe this house other than PERFECT? I can't! This is the most amazing home and had the perfect layout for our family! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities! Kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and even beach towels were provided! The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful! They were quick to resolve any questions or concerns. The pool was a great size for little ones and the access to the beach from the back gate is unbeatable! 16 Sunsets has become our home away from home and we were very blessed to be able to stay for 10 days! We will become repeat renters! Destin Dreamers is, by far, an excellent rental agency and the staff is personal and feels like family!
