The kitchen area allows for plenty of room to whip up a family favorite meal. With updated fixtures and amenities, including a double-door stainless-steel refrigerator, double stoves, double ovens, a large island, dishwasher, and plenty of prep space, the kitchen will accommodate any chef’s dream.
On those rare rainy days, enjoy a cozy evening in the living area, complete with a leather sofa and armchair seating, and a large screen television perfect for movies, sports, and more. Grab drinks from the built-in mini cooler, and the kids always love the pirate-themed arcade game with 3500 + games!
With six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, four built-in bunks in the bunk room, and a comfortable sofa bed, this home can accommodate a total of eighteen people. Perfect for traveling with multiple families.
In addition to the two-minute golf cart drive to the beach, guests have access to a nicely designed beach access at Pompano Joe’s, which has restrooms and showers.
This vacation rental is located in a Miramar Beach neighborhood that includes a lovely community pool (heated starting November 15th) which is right across the street. This is a perfect space for cookouts, with Green Egg charcoal grills, cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).
With the larger groups comes different tastes, and there are so many activities around Miramar Beach, FL to take advantage of! LOCATION is one of our favorite things about this vacation home. Rent an electric scooter or bike from eMotion located a few blocks from the home. Once you have a scooter or bike, easily access Scenic 98 and cruise all along the beach, checking out all of the opportunities Miramar Beach has to offer. This is definitely a game-changer when it comes to a fun activity for all!
Another personal favorite is enjoying a meal at the Royal Palm Grille, a Miramar Beach restaurant and beach bar that offers sushi, seafood, American food, and a full bar. Our favorites on the menu include the fresh shucked gulf oysters, any of the sushi rolls, and of course, the oh-so-delicious filet! This laid-back restaurant offers something for everyone and definitely knows how to treat guests. You can dine inside or out on the outdoor deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, taking in the fresh salt air. Royal Palm Grille also offers free public beach bonfires every Monday and Friday evenings at sunset. Grab a cocktail and make lasting memories as the sun goes down!
