BEACH EXPERIENCE:
Your vacation house is just a 3-minute golf cart drive with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk.

️RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE:
Your vacation house is in a private community called the Retreat at Miramar. Guests also have full access to the private retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion.
It's a perfect space for cookouts, with Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.
Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).

When we booked this Spring Break trip, we thought the house was too good to be true, so I was a bit hesitant - Would it look like the pictures? Would there be enough space? Would it work for our three families? Yes, yes, and yes. Beautiful home, close to the pool, short walk to the beach, convenient golf cart, great location - we loved it all and are thankful we found this little slice of paradise.
Moms will love the two sets of washer and dryers that fit nice big loads, the extra towels in each bathroom, and the nice BIG fridge to share with other families.
Five stars - highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! Perfect for our family, the kids loved the golf cart and arcade games. The bunk beds were also a plus! Great restaurants near by and rolled ice cream. The community pool area is very nice. We will be back to Seas the Day!

We had a group of 19 (10 adults and 9 kids) that stayed for a week in June 2023. This house had everything we needed and wanted! We all fit comfortably with privacy and also shared living areas. The house was very comfortable including all the bedrooms. The bunk rooms were a huge hit with the kids! The golf cart was a lifesaver going to and from the beach everyday. And the pool is just steps away and so inviting! We look forward to our next stay!

Seas the Day allowed for the best family vacation for our group! We had plenty of personal space for adults, teenagers and littles. With the close proximity to the beach, we could easily pack everything on the golf cart and then get home quickly when the littles got fussy. And when the waves got big, the kids were happy to play in the pool while dad's grilled and watched tv. The tables around the house and pool area allowed our group of 16 to eat meals together and play cards in the evening. All the guests got to know one another and shared grill tips. Hands down a great vacation and cannot wait to do it again next year!

My friends, family and I loved our stay at Seas the Day! The property was beautiful, immaculately clean, and just perfect for our week's stay. The Staff at Destin Dreamers was very attentive and didn't hesitate to ask us if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We had so much fun and we didn't have to worry about anything as everything was communicated and provided above and beyond our expectations. I would like to give this location a five star review if I can get more I would.i It was my birthday weekend and my first vacation over seven years. It was highly needed and meet all my expectation with my small kids. And a group of my family came in from other locations which was very important there’s nothing like being with family on you special day. This house made us feel so at home it was so beautiful. I cannot explain how happy I was it was I’m very picky and I had no complaints. Looking at this location for the next few trips cause everyone wants to stay here again.

Our stay at Seas the Day was beyond amazing. The house has plenty of room for our large group and is super clean and well cared for. Kids love the bunk rooms and arcade games (us adults did too!). Golf cart is a life saver shuffling everyone to the beach, which is incredibly close. There are tons of amenities from the interactive screen with lots of local information to board games we all enjoyed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to stay in and cook. Extra refrigerator in the garage came in very handy. The community pool area is also really nice and we loved that the kids could access it safely from the back yard. Lastly, the management company Destin Dreamers was a fantastic host!

We spent five nights at Seas The Day in Oct 2022, we found the home to be perfect for a large family or for several couples. We loved having the five master suites, that allowed each couple privacy and everyone commented on how nice the rooms were and how comfortable the beds were. We really appreciated having the three different Thermostats, that way we could accommodate people that like to sleep at different temperatures. I ask everyone upon leaving if there was anything that they had needed that was not supplied and everyone said no, it was all perfect. We have rented several homes but this one was by far the best supplied. Having the golf cart made it perfect, it truly is only a short ride and many of us walked to the beach in the mornings, it was only about a six minute walk and we were able to get in our exercise by walking on the beach. The community pool is really right in your backyard. I had a couple questions while there and the management company was very responsive, providing excellent service all the way through the stay. This home can easily accommodate the number they advertise, plenty of room for gathering and providing lots of privacy as well. So if you’re considering this home, don’t hesitate because it truly is everything stated. You will have a great stay.

We loved this home and all of it's amenities. It is spacious and close to everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach. The golf cart was a life saver!!! The only thing I would suggest would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The morning sun is super bright in ALL of the bedrooms and can be annoying when you really want to sleep late. Other than that I loved it and would definitely book again!!!

After staying here at The Retreat at Miramar, I don't think we will ever go back to renting a hotel room ever again! The house was huge and comfortable. The kids could run around on all three floors, walk to the pool & pond, drive to the beach, cook in the huge kitchen! It was incredible! Thank you Destin Dreamers for making our family retreat a dream!

We had the BEST time at Seas the Day! It fit our family of 18 perfectly! It was clean and well maintained. The children loved the pool, the video game, the bunk beds, and playing hide-and-seek throughout the house. The adults loved the additional feature of having a golf cart to transport the 9 kids and items to and from the beach. The host was exceptionally informative and helpful. We recommend the house and can't wait to visit again.

This beautiful home was the perfect size for our large group of 18. It had 5 king rms with en suite baths, 2 bunk rooms & 2 living rooms. The best thing was laundry rooms on 2 floors! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked also with everything you need for cooking. We enjoyed the BBQ & pool area, which was a very short walk. The community was nice, clean, and well kept.
My only complaints are that the main refrigerator in the kitchen was broken so we had to split the cold items between the fridge in the garage and a smaller temporary fridge added to the kitchen. This was only a minor inconvenience, but the main issue was that we were not told until 3 hours after we got there and loaded the fridge. Only then did we check and realize the food was not chilled. Thank goodness nothing spoiled. I also had to leave the dryer door on the 3rd floor open so it would stop turning. When the timer finished the heat would go off but it would not stop spinning even when I hit the power button to turn it off. Lastly, we enjoyed the golf cart that was included with the house, but I wish the beach was a little closer. It was a 3 minute drive to the gorgeous public beach, but parking was sometimes a problem later in the day. I recommend getting there early during busy season. The beach was beautiful!
Overall, we loved the house but it definitely needs a new fridge and dryer. That is an easy fix. Distance to the beach would not stop me from renting it again. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Destin Dreamers!

The house was beautiful and newly built. The layout was perfect for large groups and having a golf cart available to us was awesome. The house was also beautifully furnished and provided plenty of beach chairs. The location was only a few blocks from the beach and within very close distance to multiple restaurants and a grocery store. The only downfall was the unexpected construction that would start at 7 am, right beside us. This hindered our ability to sleep in on vacation! As beautiful as the pool area is, the development will quickly outgrow the community pool with the added rentals. Overall it was fantastic and we would absolutely (and hopefully will) book the same property again for many years to come. It was one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed in.

The home is exactly like the pictures on line . Already planning family vacation for next year . So excited that the family wants to come back. (Just adults trip ). My brother in law loves to cook and the place was big enough for all of us , niece got married on Friday there at one of the other places it wasn't as nice as ours so everyone came over to see our place and loved it. Jonathan and Chris was so wonderful May God continue to bless them in there walk of life. Thank you again for everything .

Chris was an amazing host. He offered early check in with no problem. He was very accommodating. He meet us to go over some great tips for maintaining the house, golf cart and the green egg. The house is of course amaZing with all you need for the weekend. I recommend bringing extra ice and trash bags to make things easier. The house looks exactly like the picture. Pool is great and location is great. The golf cart is amazing as well. If your looking for a really cool, hassle free place this is for you. Thanks Chris for a great weekend. No complaints. Chris is super nice. The house is super clean and close to everything. Had a great BBQ at the swimming pool. The kids loved the golf car. We all enjoyed staying here and will come back again for sure.
